women over 50.* It has been formulated specifically based on research by Strause and Saltman. In this 2-year double-blind, placebocontrolled
trial on bone density in postmenopausal women, 1,000 mg of daily calcium and daily trace minerals (zinc 15 mg, manganese
5 mg and copper 2.5 mg) increased bone density by 1.48%. Those taking 1,000 mg alone of calcium lost 1.25%, trace minerals alone
